Jacoby-Clements is a highly sought-after industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience both as an entrepreneur starting two businesses, and as president of a national skincare brand. Barry is a seasoned retail professional who began her career at Chanel, then pioneered new sales and training models at Lord + Taylor. Chiofolo is a former senior buyer with 12 years of omni-channel experience at Lord + Taylor in the prestige and emerging beauty categories.
