Whether or not you’re the woo-woo type, you’ll notice that crystals are popping up in all kinds of products. “Recognizing that subtle energies affect our health has come to the forefront of collective consciousness,” says Jenny Pao, formulator and co-founder of Nectar Essences. “The idea that the plant and mineral kingdoms are very much alive is more generally accepted than ever before. When we receive the help and guidance of plants and minerals, we feel more grounded, clear, aware, and connected to creation.”
Here’s what I’ve been playing around within the crystal department.
Crystal-Filled Glass Water Bottles 
I keep my VitaJuwel glass water bottle on my nightstand for a few reasons—because it’s pretty and also because it’s kind of heavy to carry around or put in my bag. (If you want to show it off and tote it around, I suggest buying the silicone Loop Cap that easily attaches.) Made in Germany, the bottles have an interior “GemPod” full of semi-precious gemstones. Filling your bottle with water and waiting seven minutes is believed to vitalize the water with the vibrational power of the crystals. All I know is that it makes the water taste better. This one’s on my list to try. I’ve been a fan of Bunnie Gulick and her gorgeous wildcrafted line Isun for some time. This oil is meant to be grounding, while helping to relax the nervous system. Reiki-Charged Rose Quartz Mask
